NY1: QCH keeps most vulnerable safe during winter storm

Reporter Alyssa Paolicelli visited QCH to share David Schneier's story of managing his caseload of high-risk older adults during Winter Storm Grayson, which hit on January 4. She also reported QCH's need for volunteers for the Friendly Visiting program.
