Gennaro has teamed up with the New York Blood Center and Queens Community House to host a community blood drive.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, Mar. 27, at the Queens Community House’s Forest Hills Community Center, located at 108-25 62nd Drive, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The drive aims to address the national blood shortage crisis, which has placed unprecedented strain on healthcare systems, emphasizing the necessity of community involvement to ensure hospitals and medical facilities maintain sufficient blood supplies.
