Meet Your Neighbor: Lina Parra

"My child is 2 1/2 years old and attends a Queens Childcare Network (QCCN) family childcare program, Paty's Daycare. I needed childcare so that I could go to work. I wanted to be able to keep my child happy and have a better quality of life for all of us. When I wasn't working, we were often left hungry. Once my child was enrolled in childcare, I was able to get a job as a Medical Assistant in a doctor's office.
