Patch: Forest Hills Nonprofit Offers Salsa Classes For Families | February 2023: FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — Families looking to up their dancing game will have a chance to get together in Forest Hills and learn a couple of moves.
QCH offers an array of activities that promote good mental and physical health for our neighbors. On February 6, we started our Family Fun Salsa Class at the Forest Hills Community Center (108-25 62nd Drive).
"My first connection to QCH was through the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP), which gave me an opportunity to gain invaluable job experience. Thanks to SYEP, I learned about QCH’s Neighborhood Intergenerational Chore and Errand (NICE) program.
