Financial Literacy Workshop Held at Pomonok Older Adult Center

To help older adults in the Queens Community avoid identity theft and fraud, we welcomed M&T Bank at the Pomonok Older Adult Center to provide a financial literacy workshop on March 10. Pomonok residents gained valuable tips on preventing identity theft and warning signs. "They were so engaged because this is such a relevant issue for older adults, so it was an opportunity for them to learn and also share their own experiences with their peers," said Anne Foerg, QCH Associate Executive Director for Older Adult Services.
