QCH Social Adult Day Services Partnering with Alzheimer's Association for Presentation on May 1 at Forest Hills Older Adult Center

WEDNESDAY, MAY 1 AT 6PM! Queens neighbors, our Social Adult Day Services program is partnering with the Alzheimer's Association for a presentation on the Impact of Alzheimer’s and Dementia in our Community! Discover the impact of the disease, explore the local resources that both organizations offer, and learn how these resources can benefit caregivers and individuals affected by dementia-related disorders and/or mental and physical frailty.The event will be held at QCH’s Social Adult Day Services site (108-25 62nd Drive in Forest Hills) at 6PM. informational session will include light refreshments!
